The most common problem women have experienced recently is skin spots. As many people of all ages started to complain about skin spots day by day, so I said that not only the answering the question of how to reduce the spots but also understanding the causes of skin spots and the external factors that trigger those reasons, perhaps distinguishing the wrong behaviors and finding the source of the problem is also significant. It would be a better approach to prevent the problem by descending and treating the existing one in the situations that we cannot avoid. Because the combination of high-level awareness of the person having an issue with his/her skin and the correct treatment makes it easier for us, and we can take a quick response in this way. Besides, this approach is very significant for keeping the consequence stable, that is, preventing the problem from becoming an insurmountable one.

Let’s examine it one by one now;

  • Even if I get spot treatment, I go to sunbathe again in summer
  • I love your bronze skin
  • But I never neglect to use sunscreen cream

You are on the wrong track! While these approaches make your existing spots darker and more permanent, especially if you had a spot treatment in winter, these spots will increase even more, and even if they decrease, they will come back with a magnificent speed. I do not recommend spot treatment to anyone who makes these sentences and insists on any of these sentences. I do not want to down to pan for both sides. A person who wants to have beautiful skin should forget about tanning. Counterintuitively, sunscreens do not provide miraculous protection. Of course, it is indispensable, but unfortunately, there is no such thing as 100% protection. Even if we use sunscreen, tanning is inevitable if exposed to sunlight for a long time. Therefore, whether we have a treatment or not, if we don’t want to increase our spots, we should protect ourselves from the UV rays. Another misconception is that people think that they have sunbathed for years but have not been exposed to spot formation for years until that day. Of course, a wrong product used at that time, some systemic drugs that sensitize the skin to the UV rays, may have caused this. On the other side, there is a huge reason that we overlook. After years of being exposed to the harmful rays of the Sun and wandering for months with bronze skin, saying that nothing is happening for years, the cell’s DNA structure deteriorates, but this is not a visible deterioration at first. Because, like many skin problems, the problem of spots begins to show itself in the 30s. When younger, the skin structure is better and can fight. Later, of course, the skin also gets tired and starts to give signals. At this point, the truth arises whether you treat your skin well at an early age.

Some people are going to be upset, but there’s no such thing as a healthy tan. Tanning is always unhealthy. It is the reaction of the skin to protect itself, that is, tanning, which does not only have spot problems but also with other skin problems, is the wound of the skin. Tanning reduces the moisture of the skin, while elastin weakens collagen fiber and causes premature skin aging.

Let’s get to the pregnancy period where we’re sensitive in every aspect. While hormonal change sensitizes the skin to the sun’s rays, it causes spots also changes during this period. Women, who cannot get used to new bodies so quickly, can go through hard times when skin problems occurred in a period that we should enjoy.
At this point, I can come to you with two suggestions;
First of all, Enjoy your fertility, as something miraculous,
Secondly, Do not neglect your sunscreen.
